Fiesta 2021 has been postponed, once again.

We have to think about the greater good of our community and with that the Fiesta San Antonio Commission along with the City of San Antonio has decided to postpone Fiesta to June 17th through June 27th due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

The Battle of Flowers and Fiesta Flambeau parades have been canceled for 2021, according to the organizers of both events.

Oyster Bake, one of Fiesta’s signature events, had already canceled for 2021, citing concerns over rising coronavirus cases.

The Texas Cavaliers River Parade stated that they have postponed for Monday, June 21, 2021 and will continue to honor last year’s tickets. This will mark the longest stretch of planning for any River Parade in our history, which just means we’ll make it our best yet when the time comes. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in person again when it’s safe to do so. And make sure to get a parade medal if you haven’t already–they’re a collector’s item, maybe this year more than most!
