Where to get your Christmas Meal

Getting together this Christmas should be all about family and sharing memories together after the year we have all had. Let the team at SA Social Calendar gather up a list of where to place your Christmas holiday meal so you have less time to stress and more time with the people you love.

Don Strange of Texas

They are offering a meal for four or a meal for ten. The meal for four includes your choice of sliced ham or turkey for $120+ tax or sliced beef tenderloin for $160+ tax. The meal for ten includes your choice of a whole ham or turkey for $250+ tax or a whole beef tenderloin for $350+ tax. All meals include au gratin potatoes, green beans with toasted almonds, Gaga’s cornbread dressing, maple glazed carrots, parker house rolls, Balsamic mustard sauce. Cappy’s Restaurant

Christmas Eve Dinner serves three to five people for $300. Meal includes signature artichoke, spinach & brie dip with pita bread, kale and spinach winter salad: pomegranate, pistachios, madarins, roasted beets, creamy duchess potato casserole, cauliflower cheese bake, herb crusted prime rib (4lbs), au jus horseradish cream sauce, house made 7-grain honey wheat bread and butter, pear, apple and walnut galette with brandy caramel sauce, and take & bake cookies and milk for Santa. Will offer a four-course, family-style package for four, $260. It will feature appetizer choices of lobster bisque, shrimp tempura and truffle gnocchi with foie gras. The second course will be a mixed green salad and main entree choices will be Dover sole, lobster thermidor, duck breast a l’orange and beef tenderloin with bearnaise. Dessert choices will be buche noel chocolate, apple tart a la mode and floating island. Guests can pre-order from now until Christmas Eve.

Cooper’s Meat Market 

Cooper’s will offer an array of options from holiday appetizers, desserts, fully prepared meals with two size options small (8-10) and large (16-20) that will include 2 sides, cranberries homemade holiday rolls and your choice of a delicious 10-inch pie, prepared main courses,  satisfying side dishes, starring role casseroles and side casseroles, party platters, ready to roast at home and gift boxes there’s an option that fits your family. Meadow Neighborhood Eatery + Bar

This year they are offering a family meal available for pick up on December 23rd and 24th for $165. The dinner will be served cold and will include reheat instructions. Your choice of House Smoked Shoulder Ham (feeds 8-10) or Dean + Peeler Herb Crusted Prime Rib (feeds 4-6). Served with baked brie, heirloom wheat crackers, cranberry compote, Yukon gold potatoes, sorghum glazed carrots, pepita granola broccoli + Carolina gold rice casserole, kale + sweet potato salad, ruby red grapefruit house made buttermilk biscuits. Must place order online by Saturday, December 19.

Fogo de Chao

Their Holiday package comes cooked and ready to reheat at home. Options generously serve 6 and includes choice of any one fire-roasted meat. Starting at $130. Pre-orders required while supplies last for delivery or curbside pick-up. For Christmas Day order by 12/23 order must be picked up before 10am on Christmas Day.
